The accident involved a northbound BMW 530i, which, for reasons not yet explained by the preliminary investigation, veered off the exit path, plowed through the grassy shoulder, and collided with several trees. The driver, identified as 28-year-old Alena Yesenia Gudino of Woodburn, tragically lost her life at the scene.
