The Atlanta Police Department responded to the scene near Ben Hill Court SW and Barge Road SW at around 11:05 a.m. yesterday, finding the victim wounded but conscious. According to the official statement released by the department, the shooting took place at 3123 Hickman Drive, and early indications suggest that the event stemmed from a targeted robbery attempt.
