A disturbing discovery unfolded at Alvord Lake in Laveen's Cesar Chavez Park this past Sunday. Phoenix police began an investigation after the body of an adult man was found floating in the lake early in the morning. Initial emergency responders included the firefighters from Phoenix, who were summoned following a report by a witness.
