NBC Boston reports that steady rain will move out by early Saturday morning. While some scattered showers and fog may linger until about 2 p.m., partial clearing is expected later in the day. Temperatures will reach a high near 68°F, with winds shifting to the west.
According to the National Weather Service, Sunday will bring drier conditions and mostly sunny skies. Highs are expected to reach the mid to upper 60s.
The start of the new week will see a return to warmer temperatures. Monday is forecast to be sunny with highs in the low to mid-70s. On Tuesday, temperatures are expected to climb to around 80°F.
The warmup will continue through Wednesday and Thursday, with highs near 87°F and 89°F, respectively. The National Weather Service indicates dry conditions for most of the week, with only a slight chance of showers returning Thursday night. Friday may also bring some rain, with high temperatures remaining in the mid-80s.
