The City of Carlsbad Police Department reported the arrest of a 23-year-old man, identified as Max Rasul, for indecent exposure and stalking. The post disclosed that officers responded to a call yesterday at approximately 8:34 AM, in the 700 block of Laguna Drive. A male subject, now known as Rasul, reportedly followed a female pedestrian in his purple vehicle.
Further investigation revealed that Rasul had been involved in another disturbing incident earlier that morning near Laguna Drive and State Street. According to the City of Carlsbad Police Department, he exposed himself to another woman. The officers could locate Rasul at his residence and took him into custody without incident.
Rasul was subsequently booked into the Vista Detention Facility on multiple charges, including PC 314(1), Indecent Exposure, and PC 646.9(a), Stalking, as noted by the police department's post. The case is currently under active investigation, and authorities are seeking further information from the public.
