Dallas is gearing up for its 29th annual Mayor's Back to School Fair, which signals the communal effort to prepare students for their academic pursuits. Tomorrow at 10 a.m., Mayor Eric L. Johnson will hold a news conference at the Dallas City Hall Flag Room to detail plans for this year's fair.
According to a release from the City of Dallas, the event is a longstanding tradition offering families and students a robust helping hand. He will be joined by Dallas ISD Associate Superintendent Dr. Mark Ramirez and Tandra Allen, President of the Junior League of Dallas, who are both key players in the organization and execution of the back-to-school initiative.
