Later this evening, the clouds are set to persist, with lows dipping to around 47 degrees and a gentle north northeast wind.
As the workweek commences on Monday, residents can look forward to mostly sunny skies, a welcome break from the clouds. The high is anticipated to be near 62, with a north northeast wind whirling at about 10 mph. Nightfall brings partly cloudy skies and a drop in temperature to around 44, with northeast wind speeds picking up to a range of 8 to 11 mph, and gusts potentially reaching 21 mph.
The pattern of clouds and showers begins to unfold midweek. "A chance of showers after 2pm" is forecasted for Tuesday, with mostly cloudy skies and a high again near 63 degrees. East winds will continue to be fresh, at 10 to 14 mph and could gust as high as 22 mph, the chance of precipitation stands at 30%. As night approaches, showers become likely, with more than a two-thirds chance, especially after 8pm, and temperatures holding steady at around 49.
Continuing through to Wednesday, showers are likely to occur mainly before the afternoon hours, maintaining mostly cloudy conditions with a high once more near 62. The chance of precipitation hovers around the 60% mark. The latter half of the week doesn't promise much respite, with ongoing chances of rain from Wednesday night through to Saturday. Thursday's high is predicted to be near 61, with similar temperature patterns extending to the weekend, and a slightly warmer Saturday with a high near 68 amidst mostly sunny conditions.
