
In a step towards improving community services, Doña Ana County, together with the city of Sunland Park, has initiated a new resource for residents to voice their concerns about local water services. The Camino Real Regional Utility Authority customers can now access a dedicated support line and online form to report issues they're facing with their water supply.
The new line is a direct channel for residents and businesses to seek assistance or provide feedback regarding the water quality. A support representative can be reached at 575-525-5589, available from standard business hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. For customers preferring to make their reports in writing, there is an online form provided by the county, according to Doña Ana County.
Recognizing the linguistic diversity of the community, the county has ensured that users can receive assistance in both English and Spanish. This initiative reflects the community's commitment to being inclusive and responsive to all its members’ needs.
