A fatal crash in Chandler shook the local community when a driver collided with a pole and the vehicle became engulfed in flames. According to Fox 10 Phoenix, the accident occurred last night, around 7:30 p.m., at the intersection of Dobson and Warner roads.
As per the Chandler Police, "The vehicle had caught on fire. Crews at the scene were able to get the victim out of the vehicle and rendered aid, but the victim was pronounced deceased." The identity of the deceased has not yet been released.
In the aftermath of the incident, ABC 15 reported, “Drivers are asked to avoid Dobson Road and Highland Streets as crews continue the investigation.” Emergency responders worked diligently to piece together the tragic sequence of events amid the wreckage and debris. Chandler residents and frequent travelers are advised to stay informed as the investigation progresses.
