Boston Police Department reports that officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) were called to the area of Blue Hill Avenue and Georgia Street at around 11:00 PM on Saturday. According to the official statement, the victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound. Boston EMS rapidly transported the individual to Boston Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
