Upon arrival at the neighboring street of the 12400 block of Flora Alba, responding officers found 19-year-old Angel Salazar with a fatal gunshot wound. Despite being quickly transported to a local hospital, Salazar succumbed to his injuries. The Crimes Against Persons unit is scouring for answers; preliminary information so far suggests Salazar had met with an unidentified person or persons in a vehicle shortly before the shooting occurred.
