An outburst occurred at the Texas Roadhouse in Memphis's Wolfchase area last Saturday, involving two customers who threatened an employee before storming out. According to WREG, one of the patrons threw a wooden toothpick holder at an employee's forehead, causing a disturbance that required police intervention.
Upon their exit, the customers were reported to have issued a dire warning. The victim informed officers that as the two customers were leaving, they threatened to come back with a gun and "air out the place," said an article published by Action News 5. Despite the threat to potentially escalate the situation, police confirm that the individuals did not return to the establishment. Witnesses claimed to have seen the two women departing in a black BMW.
Memphis Police responded to the reported assault and interviewed those involved. The employee did not require medical attention following the incident. The exact motive behind the altercation has not been publicly disclosed at this time.
