A former educator from West Hall Middle School, Eduardo Abinadab Landino, age 27, has recently been incarcerated, facing grave accusations concerning his conduct with a student, as reported by the Hall County Sheriff's Office. Atlanta News First details that Landino's arrest was made possible through a traffic stop near his Gainesville residence on Tuesday.
Facing charges of enticing a child for indecent purposes and grooming, Landino has been at the center of a developing case. The allegations surfaced after school administrators raised concerns with a resource officer on March 5 regarding the teacher’s interactions with a female student at the school. At the time, Landino was still employed at the institution. Following this disclosure, investigators uncovered evidence indicating that Landino may have engaged in various forms of communication—including phone calls, text messages, social media contact, and direct conversations on school grounds—to prepare for inappropriate activities with the student. These actions, reportedly beginning in January and continuing through early March, are now central to the ongoing investigation, as noted by a FOX 5 Atlanta report.
One of the incidents under investigation involves Landino allegedly driving a student home from a sports practice, during which he is accused of making a request for oral sex. Following the emergence of these charges, Landino is being held without bond at the Hall County Jail.
