A juvenile was transported to LeBonheur Children’s Hospital on Thursday after a shooting in the Frayser neighborhood. According to Action News 5, the Memphis Police Department received a call at 4:36 p.m. and responded to the 3900 block of Edenburg Drive, directly across from the Frayser Community Center. According to police, the injured juvenile’s condition was stable, though noncritical, as confirmed by WREG.
The MPD is currently investigating the incident and has yet to make any arrests. Further details surrounding the circumstances of the incident have not been released, and the identity of the juvenile remains undisclosed to protect their privacy.
