Fortunately, according to a social media update by the City of Mankato, Minnesota Government, the canine has now been reunited with its human. Initially found near Mayfair and Carolyn Court, the dog, described as a male gray and white Pitbull, arrived at the City of Mankato Impound lacking both a collar and a microchip.
In the absence of personalized identifiers, the Public Safety officials had urged the community for assistance via social media postings and the local impound's website, as per the City of Mankato, Minnesota Government. Making arrangements for pick-up was the requirement set by Public Safety for whoever would step forward to claim the dog—hurdles intended to ensure pets return to their rightful companions.
