Described as an African American individual, Miller stands 5-foot-10 inches tall, and weighs around 150 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black-colored shirt with black-colored shorts. Notably, Mr. Miller has no vehicle, which may limit the distance he could have traveled on his own.
