Malik Kenneth Ford, a 30-year-old resident of Stone Mountain who had been reported missing since May 6, has been found safe. The Gwinnett County Police Department had previously asked for the public’s help in locating him, sharing his description and last known clothing.
According to the Gwinett County release, Ford is a Black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 214 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and tattoos on both arms. He was last seen wearing a green beanie, green Nike sweatshirt, blue sweatpants, and gray Nike shoes. He also had access to a vehicle, though his direction of travel was unknown.
Authorities have not released details about the circumstances of his disappearance or how he was located. No additional information has been released at this time. Updates will be provided as they become available.
