The New Orleans Police Department is on the search for a woman accused of stealing a man’s wallet and committing identity theft. According to NOPD, Dasuqua Shandrelle Coston, a 44-year-old Black female, born on September 1, 1980, is wanted for access device fraud. She is suspected of pickpocketing a victim in the French Quarter on February 10, 2025, and later draining funds from the victim’s bank account.
Authorities identified Coston as the suspect who allegedly accessed the victim’s banking information illegally. While the exact location of the pickpocketing incident remains unclear, the investigation led to Coston’s identification. NOPD has issued a warrant for her arrest and urges anyone with information to come forward.
