
The New Orleans Police Department is actively seeking the public's help to identify and locate an individual linked to a burglary at a business in the 2800 block of Frenchmen Street. The crime occurred early in the morning last Friday, according to the New Orleans Police Department News release published May 1. Surveillance footage captured the suspect, who was wearing a distinctive outfit that included a "cheetah" print jacket, a black hoodie, and maroon sweatpants.
Officials have released a detailed description of the suspect: dressed to both stand out and perhaps, to blend in, with a dark camouflage shirt beneath their outerwear. They were also wearing white and red Adidas shoes, and were seen carrying a blue backpack. It was around 1:18 a.m. when they reportedly broke into the establishment and stole various electronics before fleeing the scene. The New Orleans Police Department encourages anyone with information to step forward.
