Authorities provided a timestamp for the incident as approximately 1:09 p.m. on April 19, 2025, when the suspect, whose image has been circulated, committed the alleged theft. Caught in the act on surveillance footage, the NOPD released the photograph seeking information that could lead to an arrest.
