According to county officials, this project, part of the Asphalt Rock Dust Palliative (ARDP) Project, was born from a citizen suggestion under the Transportation Improvement and Maintenance Program (TIMP). It was then given the green light by the Transportation Advisory Committee and ultimately approved by the Board of Supervisors.
They've announced a completion timeline pegged for late 2025, with all eyes on Pinal County to watch a model of civic efficiency unfold. The Department of Development Services is inviting residents to review the draft TIMP and offer their feedback until May 20, 2025. If citizens want to drive change in their transportation infrastructure or present fresh ideas, they can visit Pinal County's website to both view the plan and submit their project suggestions through the Transportation Project Request Form.
