The Phoenix Police Department has activated a Silver Alert for 90-year-old Tom Morris Begay, who has been reported missing since yesterday. Begay is described as a white male, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds, with brown eyes and white hair. According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, he was last seen wearing blue jeans, a red shirt, green jacket, a baseball-style hat, and black shoes.
Authorities are expressing concern as Begay suffers from a medical condition that might cause him to easily become confused and lost. It was reported that he was last seen near 4th Avenue and Vineyard Road in Phoenix, utilizing a walker to aid his mobility.
