The Plymouth Police Department has released its weekly update on local law enforcement activity, providing an overview of the various incidents that officers responded to between May 18 and May 24. In the span of these seven days, a significant amount of police work was conducted across different forms of interventions, as documented in the Plymouth PD's Facebook post.
According to the official figures, the Plymouth Police tackled 732 incidents that included responding to a myriad of situations, the volume of which illustrates not just an exhaustive list of duties, but a diverse array of challenges encountered daily by the officers.
These instances ranged from 29 motor vehicle accidents showcasing the continuous perils on the roads, to 38 accidental 911 calls reflecting cases of false alarms that can overburden emergency resources. "Thank you to our officers for their dedication and to our community for your support! Stay safe," the department expressed in the post.
