Sandy Springs will feature patriotic displays and community festivities at this year's Stars & Stripes Fireworks Celebration. According to information obtained from the city's official announcement, the annual event will commence on July 4 at the City Springs. Approaching its 12th anniversary, the city invites everyone to participate in an evening of family-friendly activities and spectacular fireworks.
The celebrations will begin at 4 p.m. on City Green with activities for all ages. The band Hot Flash, known for 80s and dance rock music, is scheduled to perform live at 7:30 p.m. The fireworks display will start at 9:30 p.m., marking the conclusion of the event and continuing Sandy Springs’ tradition of Independence Day celebrations.
Guests can enjoy a variety of food truck options starting at 6:00 p.m. while waiting for the main event. Picnics are permitted for those who prefer to bring their own meals, but the city advises against bringing tents and personal sparklers due to safety regulations.
