St. Charles Parish residents are advised that ongoing road construction may impact their commutes. Work on the Kerry’s Pointe ramp lift, which began earlier this month, continues to cause delays between Badeaux Ln. and Kerry’s Pointe. According to the St. Charles Parish government’s website, the project will continue for several weeks.

In Destrehan, Ormond Center Court is closed from 150 Ormond Center Court to 3001 Ormond Blvd due to construction. A detour has been set up, and the section between Rotolo's Pizza and Buddy's Frostop is not open to through traffic.

Elsewhere, Bonnet Carré Spillway Road remains closed between Norco and Montz due to water on the roadway. There is no set timeline for reopening.

On state highways, lane closures continue on LA 48 (River Rd) in both directions due to drain cleaning and catch basin work. These closures, in place since Monday last week, stretch from Williams Blvd to I-310 and are expected to end today. LA 3127 has also had partial lane closures for asphalt repairs between the St. John/St. Charles Parish line and I-310, also scheduled to conclude by the end of the day.
