The St. Charles Parish Department of Waterworks, under the direction of Parish President Matthew Jewell, has introduced a new customer text notification system to improve communication regarding water service.
According to the St. Charles Parish release, the new system is designed to provide residents with timely updates on service disruptions, advisories, billing notices, and other important water-related information. The notification system is part of a broader modernization initiative and integrates with the department’s billing platform, Muni-Link. This platform is intended to streamline processes and improve overall customer service.
“The new notification system is another step in our continuing efforts to modernize parish services and improve communication with our residents,” said Parish President Matthew Jewell in the same release.
Residents are encouraged to ensure their contact information is current with the Department of Waterworks to receive updates through the new system.
