According to a statement provided by Chief Edward Walsh, the alarming event transpired yesterday at approximately 8:21 a.m., in the vicinity of Fifth Street and West Water Street. An individual reported being shot at while operating their vehicle, marking an abrupt onset of chaos in an otherwise routine commute.
