Authorities in East Boston arrested three men on yesterday following a drug investigation by local Drug Control Units. According to the Boston Police Department, a search warrant executed at 829 Saratoga Street at approximately 6:21 AM led to the seizure of narcotics, cash, and drug-related materials.
The investigation began after community complaints about after-hours gatherings involving alleged drug and alcohol sales. During the search, officers recovered cocaine, pink cocaine, $6,821 in cash, drug paraphernalia, and digital scales.
Juan Velez Gallego, 35; Mohammad Majeed, 38; and Marlon Guitierrez Rios, 35, were arrested and are expected to be arraigned in East Boston District Court. All three face charges of Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B. Additionally, Velez Gallego and Guitierrez Rios face charges of Possession with Intent to Distribute Class A.
