Gardeners across Minnesota are gearing up for the University of Minnesota Extension Master Gardeners' annual spring plant sales, scheduled for two dates and locations this May.
The Wright County sale will take place on Saturday, May 31, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Extension office parking lot, located at 3500 Braddock Ave. NE in Buffalo. A wide variety of quality plants will be available at affordable prices. Organizers recommend arriving early, as plants are known to sell out quickly.
A similar event is also planned at the McLeod County Fairgrounds in Hutchinson on Saturday, May 17, during the same 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. window. The Wright County Extension Office confirmed that interested attendees may call (763) 682-7394 for further information regarding either event.
In addition to plant sales, both events will feature University-trained Master Gardeners on-site, offering expert advice and gardening tips to attendees. According to the Wright County Extension Office, the event serves as both a plant sale and a learning opportunity for local gardening enthusiasts.
