The Oakland Police Department is continuing its search for Edward Louis Silva, a 65-year-old Latino man, last seen in Oakland last Saturday. Citing the urgency of the matter, OPD has issued an ongoing alert in hopes of locating Mr. Silva, who is described as being 6 feet tall, with gray hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he weighed 200 pounds, as per the Oakland Police Department.
He was wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.
