
The Worcester Police Department has announced the arrest of 31-year-old Lino Menjivar in connection with the April 13, 2024, homicide of Bob Nuah on Allendale Street. Menjivar, a resident of Jefferson Street, was taken into custody yesterday in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
According to a statement from the Worcester Police Department, detectives developed probable cause for Menjivar’s arrest following an extended investigation. His capture was made possible through coordination between the Worcester Police, US Marshals RIVFTF, US Marshals Massachusetts Fugitive Task Force, Massachusetts State Police VFAS, and the Pawtucket Police Department.
Worcester Police Chief Paul Saucier acknowledged the collaboration of multiple agencies and the ongoing work of local officers in bringing the case to this point.
This arrest resolves the last remaining open homicide case in Worcester from 2024.
