Initially clad in a teal sweatshirt, the suspect purportedly changed his appearance, donning a white shirt while ditching his sweatshirt. Though hindered by a lack of the white bag previously in his possession, the suspect was last seen walking confidently towards Paulding St.
The BPD has provided a description of the suspect: a male seen wearing a white hat, glasses, a necklace, and sneakers at the time of the last sighting.
