
The Broward Sheriff's Office has issued a call to the public, asking for assistance in the search for 68-year-old Lawrence Milano, who has been reported missing from Pompano Beach. This information surfaced yesterday, after Milano was last noted to be in the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Avenue at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, as reported by WSVN.
Mr. Milano, as described by authorities, is a white male standing at 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 208 pounds. He is characterized as having long, white hair and blue eyes; moreover, he has multiple tattoos adorning his arms. According to staff members of the facility where Milano was last seen, he also experiences mental illness.
The Broward Sheriff's Office also relayed that Milano relies on a wheelchair for mobility, and was last spotted wearing a blue shirt along with blue jeans. As the community becomes increasingly concerned, the BSO continues to encourage anyone with potential information on Milano's current location to get in touch with Detective Leonard Charla at 954-321-4274 or to use the BSO non-emergency number, 954-764-HELP (4357).
