Chick-fil-A is adding a touch of Southern charm to its summer lineup, bringing back a fan favorite and introducing a new seasonal treat. Returning for the 16th consecutive year, the popular Peach Milkshake is once again available for a limited time. New to the menu this year is the Peach Frosted Lemonade, a blend of Chick-fil-A’s signature lemonade, creamy Icedream, and ripe peaches, offering a cool and refreshing way to beat the summer heat.
Acknowledging the undeniable bond between peaches and summertime, Allison Duncan, Chick-fila-A's director of menu and packaging, said, "There’s something about the Peach Milkshake that really feels like the start of summer, and for 16 years our guests have expected – and anticipated – its return," as Fox5 Atlanta reports. In an effort to keep the summer vibes going, Chick-fil-A also decided to hang onto its Pineapple Dragonfruit beverage from the spring menu due to its popularity.
For those who find themselves in the Atlanta metro area, there's an exclusive layer of peachy sweetness on top of these frosty drinks. In selected Georgia locations, particularly Truett’s Grill, The Dwarf House, Truett’s Luau, and Dwarf House, Chick-fil-A is dishing out a fried peach pie and a peach fruit waffle. These locally-inspired treats are said to provide a "peachy bonus" to the summer's offerings, blending traditional Southern flavors with the brand's fast-food flair.
The addition of the Peach Frosted Lemonade is described by the company as "a delicious twist" on their milkshake, flavored with the essence of the fruit that symbolizes the sun-soaked days of the season. This, along with the Peach Milkshake and the localized delectables, are available "for a limited time while supplies last," according to Atlanta News First. Chick-fil-A hasn’t specified an end date for when these treats will exit the menu.
