Kiddie Korner Daycare's CEO, Melissa Duff, stated that the incident occurred while a child was being put down for a nap and that the two staff members involved were dismissed immediately.
An announcement from the Clinton Police mentioned their ongoing investigation to closely parallel the inquiry launched by DCS.
