Deerfield Beach officials have announced scheduled maintenance beginning July 7, aimed at sprucing up the popular shoreline. According to a city's recent release, pressure cleaning will start at the Kirk Cottrell Pavilion and proceed south toward SE 10th Street. The project is expected to take two days to complete, weather permitting.
City officials are advising residents and visitors to anticipate some parking inconveniences. Starting at sunrise, select parking spaces will be intermittently closed to accommodate pressure cleaning crews working from the Kirk Cottrell Pavilion south to SE 10th Street.
