The DeKalb County Board of Ethics will hold its Regular Public Meeting on Wedensday next week at 6:00 p.m. at 178 Sams Street, Decatur. The meeting schedule was adjusted due to the Juneteenth holiday, as per the DeKalb County website.
The agenda includes adopting the meeting agenda, approving minutes from the previous meeting, and discussing options for combining in-person and remote participation for future meetings. The Ethics Officer’s Monthly Report and updates on Advisory Opinions will also be presented.
The board will review preliminary cases, including Kisha Davis v. Nicole Sullivan (Case No. 2025-2) and Kisha Davis v. Jo Dancer (Case No. 2025-3). There will be a Public Comments section for residents to address the board.
An Executive Session will be held to discuss pending litigation and personnel matters. Motions to enter and adjourn the Executive Session and to approve the Executive Session Affidavit are planned.
The next Regular Meeting is scheduled for July 17.
