An El Portal massage therapist has been accused of sexually assaulting two male clients in his home, according to recent reports. Luciano Felix Guzman, 59, was arrested on Wednesday, facing two felony charges of sexual battery for incidents occurring in September 2022 and May 2025. The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office has taken custody of Guzman following these allegations.
The first reported incident took place on September 18, 2022, when a victim claimed Guzman "fondled the victim’s penis several times", during a massage session at his home, Local10 reported. Upon asking Guzman to stop, the situation escalated as the therapist allegedly performed an unwanted oral act. The victim later sought help from the Roxcy Bolton Rape Treatment Center and completed a rape kit. Guzman, however, has denied the allegations claiming them to be unfounded, even submitting his DNA voluntarily, according to the arrest report provided by MDSO, though the results from the rape kit were not disclosed.
The second incident, as reported by NBC Miami, occurred more recently on May 20, when another 55-year-old male victim went for a massage at Guzman's home. This victim alleges that during the session, Guzman touched him inappropriately and then inserted an object into him without consent. The victim reacted promptly by getting up from the massage table and confronting Guzman.
Currently housed in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, Guzman's bond is set at $15,000. A prosecutor in the case strongly advocated against Guzman continuing his practice as a masseuse, remarking, "He shouldn't be practicing as a masseuse. I think it's a reasonable condition of release given these allegations." Guzman was able to post bond yesterday, according to officials. Meanwhile, residents of El Portal, who are neighbors of Guzman, expressed their shock over these claims, though they opted not to provide statements on camera, as detailed by NBC Miami.
Emphasizing Guzman's profession, the prosecutor's office has requested that, should Guzman be released, he should be barred from working as a massage therapist pending the outcome of his case. This condition is anticipated to take effect once Guzman is represented by an attorney.
