
Gwinnett County Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying a suspect involved in a recent shooting incident. According to details shared by the police, the event unfolded on April 10, around 1:00 p.m. at the 5615 Singleton Road area.
The incident in question saw an unidentified shooter open fire on a blue Hyundai Elantra, which was seen hastily leaving the scene. Reports indicate that the individuals within the car may have been involved in some sort of exchange with the assailant before the situation escalated to gunfire. Despite the rounds being discharged, there were no reported injuries, as stated in the information released by the police. Gwinnett County News and Events shared a photo of the alleged suspect, hoping that someone in the community might recognize them and offer additional clues.
The description provided by the authorities paints a picture of a light-skinned Black male, with a medium-length hair, who stands between 5'6" and 5'9" and weighs around 200 pounds. During the incident, he was observed donning a pink hoodie, white shorts, and white shoes, accessorized with a gray bookbag.
Law enforcement is keen on resolving this case and has made a public plea for any information that could lead them to the suspect.
