Harpoon Brewery has officially opened its third New England location in Manchester, New Hampshire, at Queen City Center. Located at 217 Canal Street, the new 9,000-square-foot brewery includes a restaurant and taproom with seating for 215 guests, a bar with space for 50, and a private event area. An outdoor beer garden and deck provide additional seating for 80 people, according to Manchester Ink Link. The site is next to the historic R.G. Sullivan Cigar Company building, now part of a mixed-use complex by York Real Estate.

The brewery, which opened today after a brief delay from its original target date last Sunday, offers a full food menu featuring local items like the Tender Town Tower, a reference to Manchester’s association with chicken tenders. Other offerings include bar pies, small plates, a kids' menu, and weekend brunch. As per Boston.com, the taproom includes 20 draft lines serving Harpoon’s signature and specialty beers, along with a rotating selection of cocktails and wines.

Harpoon’s new location joins its original brewery in Boston and a second location in Windsor, Vermont, along with pop-up locations like the one at Logan Airport. General Manager John Maggs leads the Manchester location’s food program, which features thin pan-cooked pizzas with caramelized cheese crusts.

The space is now open seven days a week. Harpoon's Instagram, as cited by Boston.com, confirmed the opening and welcomed visitors to the new location. The brewery is the anchor tenant in the Queen City Center development, which Manchester officials, including economic development director Jodie Nazaka, view as a key part of revitalizing downtown.
