Following the incident, authorities located the suspect's vehicle at a residence in Cottonwood, where they executed a search warrant, but Pereza-Pasos was not found. Described as familiar with the Cottonwood, Clarkdale, and Sedona areas, law enforcement is extending their search with a public appeal for assistance. "Currently, the suspect is still at large, and the sheriff’s office is asking for the public's help in locating him," said the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office, according to a statement obtained by FOX10 Phoenix.
