The MBTA Transit Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man accused of damaging a fare gate at Back Bay station. According to a report posted on the MBTA Transit Police's X account, the incident occurred around 6 PM on June 13. The individual allegedly broke the fare gate to avoid paying the fare.

Authorities have released an image of the suspect and are asking anyone with information to contact the Criminal Investigations Unit at 617-222-1050. Callers may remain anonymous.
