Amid the celebrations and accolades, Casperson, who has been with the Department of Attorney General since 2015, manages key sections within the department involving job court, expungement, and wrongful imprisonment compensation; furthermore, she has been a steadfast advocate in the legal community, particularly concerning women's advancement.

Graham-Simmons, who currently leads litigation in the Children and Youth Services Division, brings a diverse background including roles beyond the legal profession, such as a Children’s Protective Services Specialist, which she held before joining the Attorney General's office in 2019. Her involvement extends to the American Bar Association (ABA) and Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. Outside her professional sphere, Graham-Simmons is also engaged in her community, being a church lector and avid traveler as indicated in her public profile.

Completing the trio of honored attorneys is Linderman Richelew, an appellate specialist in the Civil Rights & Election Law Division who has been recognized consistently for her work in law since 2006, and she has a long history of leadership in various legal organizations, lending her expertise as an author and educator. Furthermore, her roles in shaping Michigan's legal discourse are evident through her leadership positions and recognitions from peers, including being named a Michigan Super Lawyer annually since 2009.
