The victim of this unfortunate event has been identified as 32-year-old Filbert Candelaria. KVIA News obtained confirmation from the El Paso County Sheriff's Office that Candelaria was fatally wounded while riding his motorcycle. The passengers in the Nissan reportedly sustained no injuries.
