Tragedy struck Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood early this morning when gunfire erupted, leaving one man dead and another person wounded, as reports surfaced from multiple local outlets. Brandon Lawrence, a 30-year-old man, succumbed to his injuries at UC Medical Center after officers discovered him with a gunshot wound near a Shell gas station on Walnut Street, as LOCAL12 first reported.
The incident, which took place approximately at 12:35 a.m. near Corwine Avenue, led to a second, unnamed victim, who was able to self-transport to Christ Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
