The Seven Pines estate in Wenham is set to go to foreclosure auction on Wednesday next week at noon. The property, located at 97 and 115 Larch Row, includes a 15,000-square-foot Neo-Georgian mansion surrounded by more than 30 acres of land, according to Boston.com.
Bidders are required to bring a $75,000 deposit to participate in the on-site auction. The estate includes nine bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and 12-foot ceilings. Additional features include indoor and outdoor pools, greenhouses, and curated gardens. A three-car attached garage and a two-car detached garage provide parking access, as per Sullivan & Sullivan Auctioneers.
The mansion was previously owned by construction executive Henry Audesse, who passed away in 2015. In 2016, The Andover Townsman reported an auction of his antique collection.
The property could sell for around $4 million, according to estimates. The estate also includes a pool house, a greenhouse, and a smaller brick house near the main residence. The winning bidder will be required to close within 30 days, and will be responsible for property access after the sale.
