Riverdale police apprehended a man accused of exposing himself at a local grocery store. The suspect, identified as Ulysees Seabrook, reportedly engaged in the indecent act in plain view of unsuspecting shoppers. Despite previous arrests for similar conduct, the incident marks yet another altercation with the law for Seabrook, as per Fox 5 Atlanta.
According to police reports, Seabrook, 37, attempted to flee the scene when authorities arrived but was apprehended after a short foot pursuit by a sergeant from the RPD. He now faces multiple charges, including public indecency, obstruction of law enforcement, and violation of parole. Witnesses stated that he engaged in a lewd act involving his genitalia, leading to what they described as a disturbing and humiliating incident.
The Clayton County Jail confirmed Seabrook's booking last Saturday morning. Riverdale police refrained from disclosing the grocery store involved. As reported by Atlanta News First, Seabrook's existing active warrant for probation violation further complicates his legal situation, binding him not only to the current alleged actions but also to his past transgressions. The case continues to evolve as legal proceedings advance.
