Boston Police arrested 36-year-old Sean Gosse of Roslindale on Thursday in connection with drug and firearm-related offenses, according to officials. The arrest followed an investigation by the E-5 (West Roxbury) and D-14 (Brighton/Allston) Drug Control Units.

According to the Boston Police Department, officers say they observed Gosse leaving his home and later saw him discard what appeared to be crack cocaine. He was arrested around 12:50 p.m. near 247 Cornell Street.

Following the arrest, officers executed a search warrant at Gosse's residence on 29 Wellsmere Road. The search led to the recovery of live and spent 9mm ammunition, loaded and empty magazines compatible with Glock and Ruger Mini-14 firearms, a universal tactical holster, an unregistered lower receiver, and a digital scale.

Officers also found various pills in different shapes and colors. These items are pending identification to determine whether they are controlled substances.

Gosse faces multiple charges, including unlawful possession of ammunition, possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, and possession with intent to distribute a Class C drug. He is scheduled to appear in West Roxbury District Court.
