Authorities describe the suspect as a Hispanic male, standing between 5'5" and 5'8" tall, and weighing roughly 160 lbs, with black hair adorned with a beard and mustache. The urgency of the situation is underscored by the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, which declares that "Sexual misconduct or assault will not be tolerated, especially toward public transit operators and passengers."
