The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert for 74-year-old Ruthie Lindsey, who went missing in Antioch, Contra Costa County.
According to CHP Alerts, Lindsey was last seen yesterday at approximately 4:00 PM and is believed to be traveling on foot. She is 51 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, and has gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket and a cream shirt.
